1. Who we are
Noticca ("we", "us") operates the Noticca email queue service. Our data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region).
2. What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed).
- Email content: subject, body, and attachments of emails you forward to the Service.
- Usage data: how you interact with the application (page views, actions).
- Billing data: managed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
3. How we use your data
- To classify, extract, and draft replies for emails you send to the Service.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your email content to train AI models.
4. Data retention
Free plan items are hard-deleted after 30 days. Paid plan data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@noticca.com.
